Mr. D’Agostino joined PS&S in 2006, and has almost 25 years of environmental consulting experience primarily in New Jersey and New York. As a result, Mr. D’Agostino is well experienced in successfully developing, managing and overseeing all elements of due diligence Site assessments, subsurface investigations and remedial actions involving all media at a wide variety of remediation projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, utility and former brownfield properties. Mr. D’Agostino’s responsibilities include: preparing and implementing various project documents (QAPP, SMP, HASP, PAMP, WorkPlans, etc), remedial action oversight, contractor coordination and submittals, on-site supervision, data evaluation, cost estimating, project management and the preparation and submittal of various reports (PAR, SIR, RIR, RAWP, RAR, etc.) to regulatory agencies.
Mr. D’Agostino is a State of New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and maintains multiple OSHA certifications. He acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Montclair State University.
